每天晚上，一个女孩、一个男孩和一个老电影放映员都会在一个小电影院碰头，这个小电影院看似被废弃了，可实际上却十分奇妙。三个朋友一起创作、绘图、变装，成为了神奇的故事中的主角。地球深处、东方边境，他们极尽想象之能事，扮演了各种公主和勇士：怪物之主、水手与猫、见习巫师和伊凡王子与百变公主。

By daylight, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste are ordinary teenagers. But unbeknownst to their family and friends, the two of them carry a huge secret...using the powers of magical creatures called Kwami, they transform into the superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir! With a mission to protect the city of Paris from the evil Hawk Moth, the two of them must learn to cope with their new responsibilities, as well as ordinary troubles involving love, school, family, and friends. Most of all, they must learn to put their romantic feelings aside in order to perform their duty, unaware of each other's true identities.

在一个海边旅游城市，当城市里那唯一的火车拉来游客的时候，这片海滩才真正迎来了生机。主人公名叫露易丝，是一位年迈的老人，她已经在这片沙滩上生活了一年。沙滩上有她自己搭建的小木屋，木屋前面还种植了蔬菜，她偶尔拿着画板去沙滩上画画。画天画海，生活得恬淡闲适。然而，她留在这片沙滩的真正原因却是，去年的这个时候，她错过了最后一班回家的车。
